I sent this Email to the person who receives the Small Group Leader applications at Montreat.
Hello,
I have to start this by saying that I have been struggling to find a polite way to write this email, because, honestly, I'm upset.
In April of 2006 I received a bulk email from you expressing Montreat's need for Small Group Leaders at that summer's Youth Conferences. I responded with an email expressing my willingness, but asking you a few questions. You never responded in any way.
In January of 2007 I sent in an application to be a Small Group Leader at this summer's Youth Conferences. You have never responded to that application in any way.
This last weekend, my sister showed me the postcard you sent her expressing how desperate Montreat is for Small Group Leaders at this summer's Youth Conferences. And still, you have never responded to me in any way.
If a decision has been made that I should not be a Small Group leader, despite the fact that I have been a Small Group Leader at 5 previous Youth Conferences and, I thought, performed reasonably well, is it too much to ask that I be informed of that decision?

UPDATE: Two days later and I still haven't heard from Montreat, but I did get my plane ticket to Triennium today.
