It's going to be weird watching the Oscars tonight here at my mother's house.
For at least the last 13 years we have we have watched them "together" over the phone with her here in Colorado and me either in Alabama or Georgia.
She suggested that I should sit in the living room and she'll sit in the back room and we could either yell back an forth or talk to each other on our cell phones to preserve the tradition.
Update: She sat on the couch, I sat at my desk and we didn't have to yell at all.
